Davidson Selected as Awardee for MDA’s SHIELD Contract Vehicle

Davidson has been selected as one of the 1,014 initial awardees under the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) SHIELD contract, formally known as Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense. As a holder of this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, Davidson is eligible to compete for future task orders that support the advancement of integrated missile defense technologies and capabilities.

While no task orders have yet been awarded, SHIELD is structured to enable rapid, scalable support across a broad range of critical national defense functions. Davidson’s expertise aligns with multiple areas of SHIELD’s scope of work, including:

• Systems Engineering

These capabilities reflect Davidson’s technical depth and past performance across programs supporting the Department of Defense and broader national security enterprise.
