December 17, 2019 Huntsville, AL – Davidson Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that Major General (Retired) John W. Holly has joined their Executive team as President. He will join the Davidson Technologies Team with significant experience in national and international business.

John W. Holly is an experienced senior industry executive and former soldier. His industry experience includes serving as the Senior Defense Advisor to KPMG (UK), Chairman of the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment Management Limited, and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin UK. Previously, he was the Vice President of Missile Defense Systems in Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems Company and the Vice President for Huntsville Operations for Lockheed Martin Corporation, based in Huntsville, Alabama.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, he was the President and Managing Director of Analytical Services Incorporated, a nationally recognized specialty engineering firm that was acquired by ASRC Federal in 2007.
During a distinguished career in the United States Army, he rose to the rank of Major General leading the development and initial deployment of the National Missile Defense System (GMD) for protection of the United States of America against Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM). Additionally, he was the Program Executive Officer for the Army’s Tactical Missile Systems. His final military assignment was the Deputy Director of the US Missile Defense Agency.
