Stay Lifted: DTechLogic to Begin Work on Missile Defense Agency’s ARC Contract



March 2, 2022 Huntsville, AL – Team Davidson is pleased to announce a 30-month stay-of-performance on the MDA Advanced Research Center (ARC) Contract has been officially lifted. DTechLogic LLC., a Huntsville-based joint venture between Davidson Technologies, Inc. and nLogic, LLC. will proceed with work on the contract immediately. Subcontractors include ASRC Federal, Qualis Corporation, and Technology Service Corporation (TSC). This contract, with a total value of $146M will operate with a five-year base and 3 option years.


“We are pleased to support this critical asset for MDA,” says Davidson’s President, CEO & Chairman, MG John W. Holly (USA, Ret.). “We intend to provide the highest quality performance to ensure the ARC can directly support MDA’s mission.”


“We are pleased to have formed a true partnership with Davidson,” says nLogic CEO, Tim Thornton. Thornton worked at Davidson for 6 years under the mentorship of Drs. Julian and Dorothy Davidson before starting nLogic. “Davidson awarded us our first contract when we started the company and this is a special win for nLogic,” Thornton says.
